Graham is the co-owner of Genesis Sports Performance. He is a certified Strength & conditioning, speed & agility, and a certified physical preparation specialist. He has his master’s degree in athletic coaching education. Graham was an all-state defensive lineman in high school and went on to play at DePauw University where he had the honor of being awarded defensive lineman of the year and Mononbell MVP. He has a strong history in training youth athletes to NFL players. Westside barbell certified special strengths coach.
Dale is the co-owner of Genesis Sports Performance. Dale is an elite level baseball and softball hitting instructor. He is Level 3 certified by the International Youth Conditioning Association. He is also certified by IYCA as an Olympic Lift Instructor, and Advanced Speed & Agility Instructor. Coach Speckman was a three sport athlete in high school lettering in Baseball, Football & Wrestling. He played football at the University of Indianapolis and played professional ball overseas.
Kyle’s passion for sports and coaching brought him to Genesis. Kyle played football, baseball, and basketball at Chatard, while earning all-city, all-state, and all-star accolades in football. Upon Graduating from IU Kyle began his coaching career serving as the head assistant freshman football coach at Chatard for the past 6 years. He continued to follow his love for coaching and after training at Genesis for a year, he joined the team as trainer. In addition to his role at Genesis, Kyle serves as the defensive coordinator for the varsity football team at Bishop Chatard.
Shelby is an Occupational Therapist who graduated with her Masters of Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. She has worked as an OT at Franciscan Health for four years seeing inpatients and outpatients helping them through their rehabilitation. As an OT, she has seen how vital good nutrition and an active lifestyle can be in preventing injury and disease. As a nutrition coach, she will work to help GEN members feel their best by providing accountability to follow a customized nutrition plan.
Michael is a physical therapist with Methodist Sports Medicine, The Orthopedic Specialists, a business he recently developed to provide expertise in sports performance and rehabilitation services here at Genesis Sports Performance. Through personal experience with injury and rehabilitation as a collegiate football player, he developed a passion for helping people to get back to what it is they love to do and optimizing their full potential. Here at Genesis, Michael will be performing thorough assessments for each new client in order to create an individualized plan to optimize potential and reduce risk of injury. He will provide physical therapy services including manual therapy and muscle energy techniques, soft tissue modalities, therapeutic exercise, and sport specific rehabilitation in order to allow each client to train at their peak potential.
