Genesis Yoga, is a 60 minute class that will allow you to flow through a series of postures, connecting movement with breath, which naturally detoxifies the body. Beginning with a dynamic guided flow which will help you develop strength, flexibility and endurance while energizing the body and ending with slower, restorative poses allowing the body to feel rested, rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of the evening!
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Liv grew up running track and cross country before graduating from Bishop Chatard High School in 2008. While attending IU, she sought out yoga as a means to de-stress from her rigorous academic schedule. Immediately realizing the countless benefits of yoga on the mind, body and soul, Liv began the process of becoming a certified yoga instructor. After completing certification in spring of 2016, Liv continued with her fitness journey by becoming a NASM certified personal trainer in fall of 2016. Liv is CPR and AED certified. She currently teach yoga to a wide age range- from 2 years old to having an 85 year old as her oldest client. Liv's favorite ways to stay in shape are hiking, practicing yoga and kayaking.
