When most people look at their fitness regimen it looks like this, working out becomes a part of your everyday routine and it gets worked into their day IF there is time.
Allowing time to make excuses, like why you CAN’T.
lot of work and it’s a lot more than just
a routine, it’s a LIFESTYLE.
Making fitness apart of your life takes a
THE CHOICE IS YOURS, NO ONE ELSE CAN MOTIVATE YOU TO WORK TO REACH YOUR GOALS.
Consistency is key here, the more you do something the more it becomes a part of you. When you make fitness a key component to your life it can do so much more than just improve your physical appearance.
The reward of feeling energized, healthy and strong is WHY I workout 5 to 6 times a week. It’s why those workouts don’t seem repetitive & tiring.
For me personally, my consistent fitness regimen is directly related to my productivity, wellness, general self-improvement and an improved performance throughout the day. We all have to start somewhere and for me that was just over a year ago.
There is something about getting up before the sun comes out and getting your workout in. You would think waking up early would make you more tired throughout the day, right?
It actually creates the opposite effect. Waking up in the morning and getting my workout in makes me feel, energized and refreshed throughout the ENTIRE day.
SELF – IMPROVEMENT
I started at Genesis in the Summer of 2017, at this point I had tried almost every type of workout from hot yoga, kickboxing and even group fitness classes. The reason I get closer and closer to being at my goal everyday is because of Genesis. I feel like I’ve tried EVERYTHING, there is NOTHING that has pushed me harder and gotten me beyond a point of just being in “shape” for me.
After being somewhere a year, you would think the workouts would repeat themselves. Training at Genesis isn’t like training at ANY OTHER GYM. A year’s worth of workouts & I can confidently say that I’ve never done the same thing twice.
While Genesis is a Sports Performance gym, the workouts will allow you to push yourself to do things you never thought were possible. There is a sense of gratitude at the end of each workout, you’d be surprised at what you’re capable of doing.
Always believe in YOURSELF FIRST.
