GROUP SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Our sports performance classes are designed for athletes participating in a competitive sport. We work with athletes ranging from middle school to the NFL. Our program is developed based on the athlete's training age. For our younger athletes we focus on mastering the fundamental movement patterns, while reinforcing proper posture and position under load. As our athletes progress we implement special training protocols to develop the specific adaptations necessary to achieve optimal athletic performance, bridging the gap from training in the weight room to performing in competition.
